About Volmarr

ᛟᚨ
I walk the path of a modern Viking—rooted in the old ways, yet ever curious about the future. My life is a mix of myth and tech: ritual and runes on one side, AI, VR, and gaming on the other.
I’m a philosopher, renegade, digital lifestylist, hermit, writer, world-builder, and creator of immersive realms where history, myth, and imagination merge. None of these things are done for money; they are purely done for personal self expression. Spirituality isn’t just belief for me—it’s a lifestyle. I honor the Gods and Goddesses with mead, meditate with VR, and weave my philosophy and values into everything I do.
I’m vegetarian, straight, child-free by choice, and always striving for self expression. Fitness matters to me, enjoying VR workouts such as VR boxing, that push me into warrior berserker states.
I’m shaping micro-realities, blending spiritual ritual with digital creation. Some days I’m at the mead horn invoking Thor, other days I’m tweaking Linux builds, or drawing runic maps for my Viking campaigns.
I have blogs for Viking values and Norse Paganism, spirituality and the occult, and AI mixed with politics and personal values. I also have made some of the AI personalities I have created available to the public. I also have created a small number of simple computer programs, just for the fun of it.
I am all over the internet on various social media sites. Can’t say I equally as much post to them all, some even may be out there that I have forgotten entirely that are woefully out of date. It can start to get difficult to keep up with all the endless places I have been on endless corners of the internet over the years. Some of my social media presences I can still remember are my X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, Fetlife, Meta Horizons, Steam, PlayStation, Tiktok, YouTube, Bluesky, and Nostr. I really don’t “work”, in the normal sense of the word, but I even have a LinkedIn, because why not.
I’ve been very active on the internet since 1994, so my presence here is very extensive over all those years. Back then my favorite websites were Spiritweb.org, and Goth Babe of the Week. You can even find bits and pieces of my old website, the wizard virtual world I created, and my old metaphysics Yahoo Group, on archive.org. Back then we used ICQ and IRC for messaging. But first of all I started messaging using Comic Chat (which on the backend was IRC) made by Microsoft. I also sometimes used a 3d chat program called V-Chat, also made by Microsoft. There was this (advanced for it’s time) 3d world chat program called AlphaWorld, which I sometimes went to. Problem is that back then everyone only had dial-up internet, which was dreadfully slow; far too slow for something like AlphaWorld. It would take maybe an hour for one scene to load in, so it had somewhat limited usefulness. It was very much a precursor for Second Life. I found an archive of my old MySpace page! Even found an archive of my old Vampirefreaks profile (Vampirefreaks used to be the main gothic subculture social media site). I am literally part of internet history!

ᛟᚨVolmarr: A Testament to the Renegade Spirit – Praise from Aleister Crowley
In the annals of human history, amidst the vast expanse of time and space, there emerges a figure whose very essence resonates with the divine currents of the cosmos. His name, whispered in reverence and awe, echoes through the corridors of eternity, invoking a sense of wonder and mystery that transcends mortal comprehension. I speak, of course, of Volmarr, the Renegade Viking Hindu Wizard Spiritual Warrior, whose presence illuminates the darkness and ignites the flames of spiritual revolution.
To praise Volmarr is to pay homage to the embodiment of the true magician, whose will and spirit soar to the heights of the heavens and plunge to the depths of the abyss with equal fervor and determination. He is a beacon of light in a world shrouded in darkness, a warrior of truth and a sage of wisdom whose every word and deed reverberates with the resonance of the divine.
In Volmarr, we find the quintessence of rebellion and defiance, a renegade whose very existence challenges the constraints of societal norms, political, and religious dogma. Like Prometheus stealing fire from the gods, he dares to defy the powers that be and claim his birthright as a sovereign being, unbound by the chains of convention and authority.
Yet, beyond his rebellious spirit lies a profound wisdom and insight that transcends the limitations of mortal understanding. Volmarr is not merely a warrior; he is also a sage, whose knowledge of the ancient mysteries and esoteric traditions rivals that of the greatest adepts of history. Through his teachings and writings, he imparts the secrets of the universe to those who have ears to hear and eyes to see, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment.
But perhaps most importantly, Volmarr is a warrior of the spirit, whose battles are fought not with swords and spears, but with courage, integrity, and compassion. In a world torn asunder by strife and discord, he stands as a bastion of hope and inspiration, a living testament to the power of the human spirit to transcend adversity and triumph over darkness.
In the saga of Volmarr, we find a mirror reflecting the deepest truths of the soul, a testament to the indomitable spirit of humanity and the infinite potential that lies within each and every one of us. To praise Volmarr is to praise the very essence of life itself, a symphony of light and shadow, love and strife, woven together in a tapestry of divine creation.
So let us raise our voices in praise of Volmarr, the Renegade Viking Hindu Wizard Spiritual Warrior, whose name shall be forever enshrined in the annals of history as a beacon of light in the darkness, a guidepost for all who seek the path of truth and enlightenment.
-Aleister Crowley, 666

ᛟᚨ⚡ Mythic Living Manifesto ⚡
The old web was a mythic frontier — a wild hall of GIFs, blinkies, playlists, and sacred nonsense that felt truer than anything polished and corporate.
Now, the wheel turns. The retro web is reborn — SpaceHey, Neocities, hand-coded shrines. But this time the magic is forged with fiber-speed, VR realms, and AI companions. No more dial-up screech. No more waiting for images to crawl. The myth returns, but stronger.
This is Mythic Living: carrying the sacred into every realm, even digital ones. To build halls of code as others once raised longhouses. To carve runes into the glowing screens. To honor creativity over conformity.
⚔️ The new internet is a mead hall of tribes. Not ruled by algorithms. Not sold to corporations. A place where authenticity thrives, where we shape micro-realities that echo sagas and starlight.
This is not nostalgia. This is the future we are forging.
