Divine Uruz, primal and indestructible force of nature, I come before you with reverence and respect. I ask for your blessings of strength, persistence, durability, and adaptability. May I embody the courage and endurance of the auroch, fierce and powerful in the face of challenge.

May your healing energy flow through me, restoring and rejuvenating my physical body. May I be resourceful and persistent in overcoming obstacles, guided by the will to live and the primal impulse to become.

Grant me the wisdom to apply aggression at the right time and under the right circumstances, breaking down outworn forms and building new ones. Help me transform my baser forces into an inexhaustible source of creative energy, asserting my right to my own space.

Whenever spring approaches, may I feel the tension of new growth building up, and may I be open to new opportunities and encouragement. I pray to you, Uruz, linked with the god Thor, the Thunderer, for your blessings and guidance. Hail Uruz!
