Traditions

The ancient Norsemen had their own rich traditions,
Passed down through the ages, from generation to generation.
They honored their gods and goddesses,
And celebrated the cycles of the seasons and the moon.

They feasted and drank, they sang and they danced,
They told stories and shared their wisdom.
They held contests of strength and skill,
And competed with honor and dignity.

But in these modern times, some seek to destroy traditions,
To rid the world of the old ways and customs.
They claim that traditions are exclusive and outdated,
But they are mistaken, for traditions are the heritage of all humanity.

Traditions give us a sense of purpose and belonging,
They help us bond and find common ground.
Without traditions, the world grows cold and discordant,
And civilizations may crumble and fall.

So let us embrace our traditions,
And share them with others, without fear or hesitation.
Let us honor our heritage and our ancestors,
